Vocational Training Centre - Townsville
An odd triangular site surrounded by large scaled buildings - retailed warehouses and cinemas. The design required careful consideration or our single storey building would be dwarfed by its surroundings. Several simple strong elements were used, that varied in both texture and colour, and the building was stretched along the site frontage, finishing in solid elements that seem to stretch even further.
