5 Apartments, Airlie Beach
An elegant 5 unit development proposed for 800 square metres of steep sloping land overlooking Boathaven Bay, at the Western entry to Airlie Beach township by the Port of Airlie marina development. The sites limited access from Shute Harbour Road, gradient and width presented building design challenges to the architect, however the final outcome maximises the site's potential much to the clients delight.
This multi residential apartment unit proposal consists of a top level devoted to a Penthouse Suite, the two levels below having two superior dwelling units of either 2 or 3 bedrooms, the level below offering a pool recreation deck and carparking on the basement level.
