Hazelwood Gardens
Accommodation units in the Whitsundays.
The site was a quarter crescent overlooking a round-about. No-one could make it stack up financially. We convinced the local council that it was safer to enter the middle of the site from the round-about, rather than from the radiating roads as they required. This minimised the amount of road-works on site, allowed more space for landscaping and left room for 22 medium priced units built in three stages. The deep balconies with comforting enclosure provide an extra room that people are loath to leave. The units sold quickly.
