Mandalay House
This site is steep with dense trees to much of the lot. Facing west the design emphasis is on protecting windows from the afternoon sun while still maintaining an outlook to the ocean views. An elevated pool deck extends the outdoor space on the western side and compliments the open plan living areas on the lower level. Bedrooms and study/office areas are located on the upper level.
